As Customer Services Manager you will be at the forefront of company operations and will be responsible for maintaining and developing the high standards of customer service. You will manage a small but growing team providing primarily 2nd line customer support. Typical duties with be the creation, ongoing management and fulfilment of all promotional offers, payments (deposits and withdraws) day to day management of website content, regulatory requirements, new products/services and escalating any issues to be tested/bug fixed to tech teams, traders or account handlers.
I’m looking for a customer services manager who has line managed a team within the online gambling/gaming industry. You will have excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex items in detail. You’re have an unflappable personality, thorough troubleshooting skills, high level of numeracy and an enthusiasm to own any issue that comes your way. You will want to lead a team who pride themselves on excellent service. Knowledge of the Gambling Commission legislation and ISO 27001:2013 standards would be useful. You will also have the flexibility to work evening and weekend to meet the needs of the business and its clients when required.
