Historic and beautiful London venue is looking for a bright, well presented Events & Sales Administrator to join their events team on a six month contract.
Stunning, iconic, historic London Grade 1 listed venue, used for high profile corporate events and award ceremonies, concerts, special events as well as prestigious City Livery events.
You’ll be joining a busy and passionate events team – who deliver over 500 events each year at this stunning venue. All the events they do are of the highest quality, and use the varied iconic spaces offered within this historic setting. As Sales & Events Administrator you will:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual, who will be able to prioritise a diverse workload and work flexibly. High quality written and oral communication skills, well presented, with strengths as a team player, good interpersonal skills and computer literacy essential. Some events experience needed, and some experience of venue diary management would be ideal. You’ll be looking to develop your events career, and you’ll have a passion for events.
