Are you a senior event producer (fashion/experiential) interested in a mat cover stint at running the company / business in a "2nd in command" role?

COMPANY

Well established and highly regarded boutique creative production agency based in the heart of central London who have a fantastic client base from across the luxury brand, fashion, FMCG, beauty and retail sectors. This company excel in delivering big production value events that keep clients coming back for more time and time again!

ROLE

Brilliant role for a senior event producer with an agency background to experience an Operations Director position for a 6 to10 month period. Reporting to the MD of this highly creative experiential production agency this Ops Director contract will see you running the business in a multifaceted role involving HR, office management (utilities, landlord liaison, office ops etc), financial control (business finance as well as event budget management), operations, contractual management (clients, suppliers, venue hire etc), insurance & general business administration whilst still keeping your hand in the event production side albeit a small percentage (probably only 5% events with the rest of your role being split fairly evenly across the overall management of the business). 

This is a 6 month minimum maternity cover contract (starting early / mid July ideally) which could potentially be extended to a 10 - 12 month period.

CANDIDATE 

You'll be an experience Events professional with an agency background (events, creative production, PR or experiential marketing) and a successful track record of working within the fashion and luxury brand space. You'll need to be a super-organised, tenacious, commercially focused and multi-hat wearing individual with a thorough understanding of the agency environment and the pace of projects and events working agency-side. You’ll be hardworking, professional and determined as well as being down to earth, level headed and fun and should be able to bring to the table a varied skill set of event production, operations, leadership, staff management, account management, client relationship development, financial & commercial management pitching & proposals, office management, HR, insurance, contract management & general business administration.

This is a really fantastic opportunity for a Senior Events Professional / Producer with an agency background and experience of working within the luxury brand space who would love to get exposure to running a creative events production agency for a 6 month-10 month period.
