Looking for French speaking Account Management / Client Management professionals (Corporate & B2B Events) - established B2B events agency!


Small but highly regarded & privately-owned agency (London HQ with satellite offices internationally) who specialise in the production of high-spec B2B corporate events & roadshows for an enviable portfolio of high profile global corporate clients.


Two exciting vacancies within the Client Management team of a niche B2B events & comms agency covering primarily the investments & financial communications sectors.

The vacancies (an Account Manager position and a Senior Account / Client Manager position) both reporting to the MD, will be covering France and the French market and will involve working with banks, PR agencies, lawyers and other professional services companies and global corporates.

The roles are a 50/50 mix of “warm/soft sales & account management” (mostly networking, growing relationships & business development along with maintaining and building further all existing clients/account management - plus marketing & PR, lobbying & eeking out new business) and “event logistics & on-site event execution” (event logistics, hotels, flights, project management, accompanying & being on the road with clients and on-site event delivery).

The role will be based out of a central London office with regular travel to/from France.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Front end & pitching (Marketing, research, business development, networking, calling prospective clients, producing compelling pitches & proposals and pitching to C-level execs).
  • Planning & client servicing (Once the business has been won acting as the Account Manager & Client Servicing Manager and go between for both the client and the logistics & production teams, also acting as the Project Manager to ensure the clients’ needs are met, the project stays on track, the logistics & production requirements are being processed and the budget and financial administration are managed, liaising with the client on their branding, providing speaker support and project managing all the speaker slides, visual aids and video clips, organising video/satellite conference link-ups as well as  up-selling to the client and over-arching account management).
  • On-site speaker/client management and delivery (travelling with the client to/from events, looking after the client throughout the duration of the event and responding to any additional on-site requests, overseeing speaker rehearsals & live video/satellite conference link-ups)
  • Post event reconciliation & reporting (financial as well as analysis and client summary reports).


The most suitable candidates for these roles will be immaculately well-presented and dynamic (bi-lingual: French / English) corporate account management professionals with good event project management, event logistics, client servicing and account handling experience.

Ideally candidates will have previously worked in PR or Events (either agency side or in-house client side) within the corporate, financial comms or professional services sectors and will have amazing interpersonal & communications skills and the confidence to work closely with C level delegates in a very client facing role.

Key candidate requirements include:-

  • Experience of acting as a client /account manager (financial sector)
  • Commercially focused & confident at up-selling
  • Knowledge of event management & logistics (including on-site)
  • Good at producing & delivering pitches & proposals to clients
  • Strong project management & financial management skills
  • PR & communications
  • Financial sector experience useful but not vital
  • Experience of dealing with HNW clients & business executives
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment & happy to travel on a regular basis
