Reporting to the Sales Director you’ll be joining and supporting the team of 4 who are responsible for promoting their high-profile events. With over 1,000 exhibitors, across five main areas at a major international venue – plus the varied event programme of activities around it, this is a fantastic project to work on. You will become an integral part of the team, as well as providing admin support you may also be asked to assist on site, so be prepared for some travel!
As the link between the sales team and clients you will handle all administration including business processes, booking forms, contracts and documentation. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some sales leading up to the event itself.
You’ll be a great communicator with strong attention to detail, proven planning and implementation skills. You’ll ideally have some experience of working in events or the media in an admin capacity and enjoy a busy, varied role.
