I'm looking for a bright and motivated rapport builder to join this leading coaching training company, to build interest and relationships with potential customers, and get them on board!

The Role and Context
The team are looking for a bright and engagng Course Enrolment Advisor to take a key role in the relationship building with and onboarding of potential customers. Someone who is friendly, professional and is interested in people and their personal development, and also who can make things happen! Your role will focus on following up and building rapport with potential customers who have already expressed a strong interest in the field (normally by attending one of their free-to-attend introductory events). The successful candidate would be responsible for making calls and sending out emails, post event follow up and telephone enquiries.  This individual will be proactive and able to easily build rapport with incoming and outgoing calls, and can demonstrate genuine interest in the product offering and it’s value to potential customers. The majority of the role will be on the phone, advising and talking to potential customers through the on-boarding cycle, and the admin in support of this. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct telephone enquiry calls to delegates considering enrolling on a course
  • Conduct post event calls to seek diploma sales opportunities, detailed meaningful calls to assist and aid potential new students
  • Out bounding – making confirmation calls to delegates who have booked on our events
  • Attend events from time to time to build rapport with delegates and to assist the course managers
  • To accurately process payments and enroll delegates as students
  • Work with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and drive lead generation and enquiries
  • Build excellent rapport and relationships

This role will suit an individual who genuinely enjoys engaging with people, is a quick rapport builder and fast learner – a great listener, who also enjoys getting results.  Soft sales experience is highly useful, or similar relevant experience consultative/consultative sales, perhaps with a training advisory or in a training sales capacity.  If you have a natural interest in personal development that would be brilliant ..
Key requirements for the role:

  • A great rapport/relationship builder  
  • Experience of selling or advising on types of training or similar would a be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
  • Team player, positive & optimistic, self motivated, goal/target focused, a completer
  • An interest in personal development would be really great!
