I’m looking for Senior Direct Marketing Manager to join a customer engagement team. It will be your responsibility to define and redefine the engagement strategy of a large member database. You’ll create the annual engagement campaign plan with clear objectives and measurements against evidence-based research which will allow for an in-depth understanding of member behaviour.
You’ll be a ‘customer centric’ Senior Direct Marketing Manager. You’ll would have gained extensive experience planning and delivering multi-channel direct marketing activity. You’ll be confident managing a large existing database, applying segmentation rules, building messaging strategy, deploying campaigns and refining strategy. You’ll be highly analytical with ability to derive insight from channel and commercial data. Goes without saying but you’ll be a strong communicator who can influence at all levels but ultimately is passionate about creating truly engaging customer marketing.
