Project Analyst – Think Tank – Policy

Urgent role for a Project Analyst to help support research programmes for a leading non-departmental Think Tank.

It’s for a 6 month FTC so you would need to be available immediately or in the next few weeks.

The Company:
Based in Canary Wharf, the Think-Tank is particularly interested in the working population; how they save, how they plan for their retirement, how they manage their finances.    They partner with high profile government departments, charities and academics to carry out research that helps shape social policy.

The Role:
It’s a great role as they’re looking for a project analyst to help them project manage a variety of upcoming high-profile research projects – it’s for a 6 month FTC – paying £34k-£36k pro rata with bens.

Examples of day to day duties:

  • Provide project management, planning and administrative support to the insight team in delivering key projects
  • Take  responsibility for project managing workstreams as part of a larger/complex project or programme or for fully managing smaller projects
  • Work  with key stakeholders and key partners as contact point.
  • Manage delivery within agreed parameters (timescales, budget etc) and making appropriate use of escalation paths
  • Deliver an assessment of key Insight processes and core documents and products
  • Deliver an ‘operations manual’ for Insight and coordinate a set of core project documents such as contracts and partnership agreements, working with finance and legal colleagues
