Customer Experience Manager opportunity within financial services.

I’m looking for a Customer Experience manager with digital product and help centre expertise to join a customer engagement team for a leading financial services firm.

The Role
The Customer Experience Manager will look at the end to end b2b customer experience across all delivery channels, this will include product change, online experience and customer experience at help centres.  It will also work with marketing for implementation of tactical marketing communications.  1 year maternity contract.

Day to day:

  • Own key experience of b2b transactional area website, public area website, help centre and marketing.
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvements through product change, service improvements and communications.
  • Line Management of UX Manager.

About You
I’m looking for a Customer Experience Manager who has experience providing customer facing corporate solutions including product development with ecommerce and help centres.  You will have excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to critically analyse issues, consider options and develop recommendations.  You’ll be comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders in a project environment and a passion for driving through the best customer centric design.  If the above describes and you can commit to 12 months please press the ‘Apply’ button.
