I’m looking for a Contract Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management of a large outsourced (BPO) contract for a high profile financial services company.

This role will offer huge career exposure as the bulk of expenditure is on external services.

The Role

The Scheme Admin Contract Manager is based with the Change and Service Management team and sat within the team who are responsible for managing the main contract with an outsourced 3rd party provider.

Day to day you will:

  • Be responsible for the day to day management of large outsourced contract
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are delivered as required by contract
  • Manage payments of invoices
  • Provide advice to business on scheme admin contract
  • Management of processes for contract variations, change requests and other contractual documents, including negotiation of commercial terms
  • Have responsibility for managing the contract assistant

About You

I’m looking for a Contract Manager who has experience supporting BPO commercial agreements in either the public or private sector. 

You will have a good understanding of how contractual arrangements fit together within an operational reality.  You will have a good knowledge of contract law specifically in relation to BPO and information technology products.  You will have experience advising on contract due diligence exercises and have previously provided support in delivery of recommendations.  You will have familiarity with OGC guidance on contract management and have a good understanding of public procurement regulations and practices including the EU directives. You will have strong written and communication skills able to liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
