Our client is an established conference company providing full event support services to a mainly Association and Membership Body client base. Initially required to cover a maternity leave period, the Conference Manager will join an existing team, be the main point of contact for your clients, and be the lead in providing a full event management service to your clients, organising in-person, virtual and hybrid events in line with their varied requirements, from seminars to conferences and congresses.

You will need to have proven experience in line with the role responsibilities listed above – ie you’ll have good, solid experience of end to end delivery of conference and aligned exhibitions, ideally for an Associations client base (either having worked in-house for an association or as a supporting agency) and have experience across face2face and virtual events - ideally with large delegate numbers. Experience of dealing with Committees, conference programmes and abstract submissions is also pretty key for this role.
