Description

An excellent opportunity to kick off your events career! This leading Professional Body within the Marketing Sector run a varied programme of Events, Awards, Training & Learning Programmes, for marketing professionals and Corporates. As Learning Delivery Executive you’ll be looking after your own virtual and face-to- face event programmes, from one day bespoke training events, to year long learning programmes.

Role:
This is a fabulous role to develop your events career, and you’ll be working in an experienced and supportive team, and be given responsibility from the start. Working as part of the Learning Delivery Team, your role will be to coordinate the delivery of the Body’s bespoke Learning programmes to corporate clients and also run their Government-funded learning programmes. You’ll thrive on working in a busy environment, be organised, be a key team player and have a keen eye for detail. As Learning Delivery Executive you’ll ensure the Learning programmes you are assigned are planned and executed to a high standard. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, managing programmes that take place both virtually and face to face. Programmes would vary from 1 day at a client’s offices, to a year long programme of mixed virtual and f2f activities. - Co-ordinate all aspects of delivery of Learning Programmes; all relevant logistics for virtual or face to face events,
• Liaising with tutors & Presenters, managing delegates, preparing course materials, managing enquiries
• Running on the day virtual classroom platforms and face to face venue-based, to ensure both environments are fit for purpose and provide the best quality experience for delegates. 
• Work closely with the Learning Engagement team to coordinate corporate client programmes to meet the highest levels of customer experience and ensure all contract deliverables are met.
• Contribute to an inspiring team environment through efficient and effective team communication, attending frequent team and one-to-one meetings and taking part in regular reviews that evaluate learning and development needs
•  Assist the Learning Contract Delivery Manager to ensure delivery costs are managed within the budget.
• Support with booking tutors and guest speakers, conduct general administration activities: answering calls, raising invoices and POs, payment chasing etc.

You
You’ll be a first or second jobber, looking for a great role in which you can learn and develop within an events / training environment. Ideally with some understanding of events lifecycle, you’ll bring solid admin skills, excellent communication skills, a natural organiser with solid attention to detail – and would enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Specifically you will be:
• Organised, methodical with a keen eye for detail.
• Have good communication and written skills
• Highly organised and able to multi-task to ensure events are delivered within time and project scope.
•Some experience of events would be ideal
- Genuine willingness to learn and take ownership and responsibility.
• Genuine willingness to want to be helpful, a collaborative and people-centric working style.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people across the spectrum
• Ability to forward plan and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible nature, can do attitude and good initiative, genuine team player and willingness to participate.
• Friendly, approachable.
