- A fab opportunity to join our established events recruitment team! We’re looking for an engaging, proactive, ambitious and people-focussed Recruitment Consultant to join us - ideally you’ll already have minimum 3-5 years experience in events recruitment under your belt, or you may be an events professional with the attributes and passion needed to make a great events recruiter and are looking for a change....

You:
We are ideally looking to find someone who brings both recruitment experience AND events experience. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, taking briefs from clients, and able to swiftly get under the skin of the roles they are needing to fill and the type of person they need, and who loves finding that right person. You’re warm and natural in your approach, professional, diplomatic and supportive in your dealings. You’ll really enjoy speaking to candidates, finding out ‘their story’, their ambitions and what makes them tick. Like most jobs alongside the ‘lively’ bits there is a hefty wadge of administration and being super organised – so you need to bring efficiency and excellent organisational skills as a ‘must’, and really enjoy being busy and spinning plates.

- An interested and attentive listener, able to get under the skin of a client brief or a candidate’s story
- Highly organised, multi-tasker, loves spinning plates
- Good copy writing skills, a creative mind
- Hard worker, goes the extra mile, loves being busy
- Efficient administrator, loves being organised
- Interested in people – interested in the events sector
- Self motivated, good sense of humour, engaging and engaged
- Exceptional levels of customer/client service
- Experience within the events sector is a must
- Ideally you already have experience in recruitment – or bring the skills and innate insight and enquiring mind needed to be great at it.
