As a leading independent global creative agency, they have a proven track record in delivering highly creative experiential projects for their high-profile clients.
Support the Automotive team who create and deliver global auto shows exhibitions, events and retail design. Reporting to and acting as PA to the Business Director you will become an integral member of the team, providing a high standard of support all round, and ensuring that all in the office runs smoothly. This is for an initial 3 months, 4-5 days a week, 4-6 hours per day (this is all negotiable).

I am looking for someone with prior administration or project co-ordination experience, maybe from an agency, who has a genuine interest in working within a creative agency environment. You’ll be friendly, approachable, polite with great interpersonal skills and strong organising and admin experience. Confident in communicating at all levels and very organised.
