Bi-lingual PA: English/French/Spanish (events)

Job Description

Exciting 4 month contract for a bi-lingual PA (English/French/Spanish) with event, meeting & travel logistics skills!

ROLE

Exciting 4 month contract (mid/end May start paying circa £30K) supporting on the event organising, VIP & board level executive communication, guest & RSVP management, hotel & travel logistics and general admin & data-processing of two very high-profile and glitzy European events.

CANDIDATE 

We are looking for a bi-lingual (English/French/Spanish) PA or EA (or Project Manager / Event Administrator) with excellent administrative, data management and event/meeting organising skills. 

Candidates MUST have exceptionally good IT skills (highly proficient in Excel) and should have the confidence, calmness & gravitas to be able to deal effectively with a wide range of VIPs, celebrities and very senior level execs and board members. Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential along with some good basic experience in event organisation, guest & RSVP management, hotel & travel logistics and general event related admin, seat plans, business meeting coordination, data-entry and reporting.
