A leading financial services company based in Canary Wharf are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor for an initial 6 month contract to bolster the talent team during a particularly busy period.
You’ll be expected to directly source across a range of roles and can come from either recruitment agency or in-house background.
Fast growing financial services company. Based in snazzy new offices in Canary Wharf. Sat within wider HR team and working closely with two very friendly, supportive Talent Managers. Being FTC you will be entitled to all bens.
This is a 6-month FTC position for a Recruitment Advisor to assist a busy HR team with resourcing right across the board from procurement and business analysts to marketing and digital vacancies. You will work collaboratively with several teams across the business providing a professional people & development service to deliver strategy, mitigate risk and deliver efficient HR processes. You will need to have strong skills in LinkedIn recruiter and direct sourcing. Day to day, you will build, manage and develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a super proactive and positive recruitment professional who can bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to this rapidly growing business. A fast learner who get a grasp on and understand different roles, who can respond swiftly, manage projects and work to their own initiative. Experience direct sourcing via LinkedIn is essential. You will have a strong knowledge of best practice recruitment and framework including job design and definition, policies, interview techniques and testing). You’ll be an excellent written and verbal communicator who is very confident to liaise with senior stakeholders and build relationships with clients.
You must be available to start immediately and ready to hit the ground running in a high pressurised and busy environment.
