Although based on reception and being the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, you will mainly act as administrator for the casework team. Your responsibilities will include updating and maintaining the booking case management system, managing e-mail inboxes, binding, handling case notes. You will be responsible for the entire delivery process: from placing the orders, arrainging couriers via their business account, to tracking, collecting and distributing deliveries.
I am looking for either an experienced receptionist or administrator who is well-presented, organised, confident, friendly and flexible with a real can-do attitude. You will have the confidence to liaise and work with stakeholders over the phone and in person. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), punctuality, reliability, and the ability to prioritise are important for achieving success in this role.
