Candidate:
The successful applicant will ideally be working in research, communications, public affairs or events at a policy-focused organisation.   Ideally you’ll already be working within the educational area.  You’ll be experienced at research and writing, and adept at identifying key areas of relevance and interest within a sector, with the ability to develop an appropriate marketing plan for your target market.  You’ll be able to work under pressure, and to meet financial targets and produce exceptional copy in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving policy environment.  You’ll have at least one year’s relevant events (content) production experience or similar (eg working as Policy Briefing Manager, or insight or training).  Excellent writing and research skills, together with the ability to multi-task and present confidently, are essential.
