Fabulous opportunity to play a key role in the communications team of a high profile FS firm and support them through a particularly busy period of time/change.
You will use your excellent communication skills both written and verbal to support staff engagement by instilling organisation brand values and organisational messaging.

A full-time, permanent position sat at within the central communications team and working closely with the CEO Office, the Internal Communications Manager is a key member of the team responsible for advising and developing strategies to support internal communications and staff engagement through a ‘culture shift’. This role will support staff and build the company’s vision of being a fantastic place to work, disseminate key messages and reinforce company values. This is a part time role (2 days a week) on a job share basis which will include a crossover day (Mon or Tues) with the other employee on a weekly basis.
Day to day you will:
I’m looking for a corporate Internal Communications Manager or Internal Communications Executive who’s passionate about internal communications and engagement messaging who’s looking for the flexibility of a part time role. You will need to commit to 2 days a week to fit in with the communications team.
You will have a proven background in supporting, developing and activating a range of internal communication programmes (don’t need FS background). You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to use on brand tone of voice to enhance engagement. Ideally would have CMS experience, preferably SharePoint and if possible Adobe creative suite.
