Permanent B2B Event Management job – looking for a Senior Event Coordinator with 2-3 years solid end-to-end events experience!
Permanent job vacancy (Event Executive / Senior Event Coordinator level) working in a large events team (6 event staff) for a leading membership association in central London. In this role you'll take full ownership for the end-to-end event management of your own portfolio of 20 events per year which will include breakfast roundtables, half-day forums & conferences, networking receptions and one large scale seated black tie dinner (all held in the UK – mostly London – and for audiences of 20-450pax).
Key responsibilities will include:-
You'll be a meticulously detailed Senior Event Coordinator / Events Executive with at least 2 years of solid B2B events experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering your own events.

You'll also be a good team player who has the diplomacy, tact and professionalism to deal effectively with members, suppliers, speakers and sponsors).
