Content, topic & conference production role – Policy Briefings & Summits (public affairs). Superb London offices & very attractive commission scheme!


Niche commercial conferencing company (part of a leading and well-established organisation providing unrivalled insight and intelligence across the spheres of politics, public policy and public affairs). Stunning offices in the heart of London and a large events team that produce top-level policy briefings and summits.


Working on top-level summits, briefings and conferences, this Conference Production & Content based role will see you reporting to the Senior Conference Producer to produce commercially viable and “must-attend” events with sensational speakers and great programme agendas around the very hottest policy, public affairs & education topics. You'll be one of two Conference Producers and both of you will be working closely with the sales team, the marketing team and the logistics & operations team although your remit and focus will be purely on the "Conference production" side.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:-

  • Research topics & content 
  • Sourcing speakers
  • Programme development
  • Conference production
  • Project management
  • Copy writing 
  • Monitoring target delegate numbers 
  • Sponsor liaison 
  • Budget management 
  • Developing & launching new conferences & summits. 


You’ll be a strong researcher with high quality copy writing expertise and a conference production or content production background (minimum of 2-3 years in a B2B environment).

An excellent standard of written English is vital as is experience in producing and developing content led conferences & events for professional markets including research, topic & content generation, speaker sourcing, conference production, programme development and copy writing. 

This is an excellent permanent role for a Conference Producer with strong research, content and topic development experience who is used to working within a professional and commercially focused environment!
