Exciting new opportunity for someone who would relish this hybrid management role involving Venue Operations and Facilities. The venue has several sites, some in development stages, that can accommodate a huge variety of live events from conferences, festivals, pop ups, weddings, meetings and everything in between, for which you’ll be assessing clients’ requirements, managing risk and delivery quality. In this newly-created post you will work closely with the events team, manage the various reception/concierge areas, liaise with security, parking and oversee events on the day. Liaising at senior and sometimes high-profile level, customer relationship is key. In a nutshell, working in partnership with colleagues, clients and suppliers, you will be responsible for ensuring that the hospitality environment is excellent including overseeing the delivery of first class front of house and campus management. You’ll also lead on a variety of projects, be involved with large events and encouraged to identify improvements and contribute your ideas to the onward shaping of their offering.
