Data Administrator – (3 days p/w - international legal body)

Excellent p/t 3 days a week Administration role with ownership, at heart of team dealing with international mediation case work.

THE ROLE
The organisation has two main teams – Case Work and Member Communications.  This role is in the Case Work team, a team of 15 people, and is a part time role, working closely with the team and other internal stakeholders as required, as they produce reports and stats regularly. The role will be focused on data entry tasks and management, and ensuring the relevant data is collated, and entered, and the production of reports.  This person will be responsible for this area, so looking for someone fairly confident who would enjoy that sense of ownership, chasing up info etc.
Core tasks are:

  • 3 days a week
  • Reviewing, updating and maintaining both text-based and numerical data
  • Assist in the evaluation and presentation of data (%, graphs etc)
  • Relevant communication, liaison and co-ordination with the wider team

THE CANDIDATE
You’ll have of course excellent admin, data skills/experience and excellent attention to detail.  Confident, enjoy working at the heart of a team, good communication skills.  Good data entry, IT and communication skills are key – as is your interest in having a long term 3-day a week part time role.  Professional services environment combined with a friendly team … so you do need to be well presented, and with a friendly, open approach. 
Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role – ie data entry, data management
  • Highly organised, with a methodical, thorough and efficient approach to tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when dealing with large pools of data
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels
  • Self-motivated, takes ownership of tasks and meets deadlines
  • IT literate – able to use bespoke IT systems and MS-Office packages confidently, particularly Excel
  • Proven experience in a professional services environment highly desirable
  • Knowledge/experience of law/mediation would be beneficial
