Fantastic opportunity for an experienced agency Account Executive to join top creative experiential agency and work as implant client-side for leading automotive global brand. (12 month fixed term contract)
You’ll be working for this global creative communications and experiential agency - but embedded within their automotive client’s marketing team for part of the week, and with 1-2 days a week at the agency.
You’ll support the client’s marketing team on a diverse range of consumer facing Experiential projects including Sponsorship/Partnership activity, autoshows and varied events.
Based client side, you’ll assist the client team in all aspects of delivery of brand experiences. You’ll work alongside the Shows and Events Manager, and the Brand Experience Manager on the development and delivery of varied events and partnership activations (including a major sports sponsorship), liaising with agencies and third party suppliers where appropriate to source components of projects (eg assets, scripts, schedules, video, photography etc,). As well as general project co-ordination, reporting etc. you’ll be a key liaison point between the agency and the client. This is a fixed term contract of 12 months, but with bags of potential for extension.
We’re looking for a client-servicing star, who is excellent at building strong relationships. You’ll need to have a strong understanding of ‘brand vision and positioning’ while also being a whiz with budgets and timelines. You’ll be a pro-active, bright and flexible team worker, extremely well organised, a good communicator, able to build relationships with a range of people and varied departments, and an excellent multi-tasker.
You’ll have proven project co-ordination skills, ideally developed within an agency or in-house marketing and events environment. You’re diplomatic and articulate – and a great team player. Ticking the boxes so far?
