You’ll be joining one of the most creative and inspirational live event agencies there is – they work with the world’s leading brands on bringing their business and brand messages to life, through varied live event projects, with exceptional creative and production values, and complex global logistics. 

This role will be taking the lead role on big events – in particular a large international logistically complex and flagship incentive event for a major global brand.   You would be overseeing the project management and delivery, resourcing, planning, financial management, client liaison and reporting, directing the team through all pre-event stages and on-site.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project lead on major logistically complex international events
  • Project Management & Client Relationship Management:
    • Provide senior level client servicing, instil confidence and reassurance with our clients over the life span of the project, building a strong and robust relationship for the future
    • Provide strategic leadership and input to the programme and its direction, take responsibility for resourcing and overall financial management
    • Oversee and drive the day-to-day progression of the project and wider team to ensure all solutions are fully scoped, ensuring they can be delivered within time and budget constraints
    • To work closely with the multi-discipline team, having oversight of all aspects of the project; (scoping, budget, strategy, concept and creative development and deployment) including on-site attendance
    • To ensure third party & freelance resources are engaged through approved channels, with appropriate contracts and funding in place prior to work starting
  • Financial Management: To help produce budgets that accurately reflect cost and effort to ensure a positive return for our clients
  • Creative Development: Work with creative team to deliver upon creative vision, on-time and on-budget
  • Team Management:
    • To liaise closely with account teams and clients, ensuring full engagement and integration with a broader team
    • Work closely with relevant design, production team heads and third party suppliers in developing timelines and run projects
    • To manage junior & freelance team members, providing mentoring & coaching
    • To motivate all members of project teams to be their best, and to enable excellence through a supportive environment


The Candidate:
We are looking for and established senior Event/Logistics Director -  someone to take the lead on this project, who has the experience of managing budgets of between 3-5 million dollars.  You’ll have a proven track record of leading on complex international events (with at  least 2/3 large projects previously delivered).  You’ll have a strong logistical background, strong event experience and experience of overseeing the logistics for large international events - multiple flights, transferring people around cities, multi-country registration etc.  You’ll need strong client servicing skills and be able and prepared to have difficult conversations when required and be comfortable presenting to Senior Clients and have strong negotiation skills.   You’ll have experience of managing multidisciplinary teams, they will have ownership  of financial/budget management so will need a strong commercial understanding.  Large agency experience is going to be ideal in this role.
