Job Description

Event Assistant, Event Administrator, Events Coordinator, Awards Assistant, Conference & Events Executive & Junior Event Manager job vacancies for candidates with varying skills, experience and salary expectations!

We are working with clients from associations, corporate companies, commercial conferencing and publishing as well as event agencies, PCOs and venues all of whom are looking to recruit Event Management Graduates and Events Assistants (with 6 months plus experience) as well as junior level event professionals with anything from 1 to 3 years’ experience already under their belt.

Typical roles include Event Assistant, Events Coordinator, Event Administrator, Awards Assistant, Events Executive, Conference Assistant, Project Coordinator, Delegate Registration Executive, Conference Logistics Co-ordinator and Junior Event Organiser.

Roles are primarily London and Greater London based with salaries ranging from £20k - £26k.

Our clients are looking for hard working, committed and highly motivated individuals with a can-do approach who are confident, outgoing, detail focused and most importantly passionate about events. Key skills needed include a good understanding of event planning, venue finding, event research, event logistics & operations, delegate registration & RSVP management, supplier liaison (caterers, AV & production companies, florists etc..), budget monitoring & financial administration, branding & signage, on-site event management (including set up & de-rig) and post event reporting. Candidates should have strong IT skills and be prepared to do all the usual event related admin, data-entry and filing that is part and parcel of being in event management!
