Leading event organisor within the broadcast/media sector is looking for a fab event and exhibitions operations multi-tasker to join their busy team!
This is a great role joining the event operations team at this leading organisation working within the media production and broadcast sector – they deliver a major annual flagship industry expo which attracts over 55,000 attendees, over 1,500 exhibitors – and which is acknowledged as the major show case and discussion hub for the sector. You’ll be joining the experienced Exhibition and Operations team who deliver this major international event, and be given responsibility for the exhibitors and activities within your own Hall, as well as taking on a key area of operations as well (eg signage, staffing etc). You’ll be involved in all aspects of pre-production as well as being on-site for this week long event!
You’ll be a proactive and very organised events executive, ideally with experience working on large exhibitions, and with exhibitors. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with some budget management experience and exhibitor liaison experience, and ideally some experience of dealing with floorplans, signage etc. You’ll be a really good team player, with a proven customer service focus, and ops experience from either an events or exhibition environment.
