Leading London membership association have an exciting permanent job vacancy for a B2B Conference & Events Organiser (coordinator level)!
Highly regarded medical association with central London offices who produce a range of conferences and B2B events for members and external sector specific audiences.
This is a “coordinator level” conferences & events role where you will be part of a very small events team that organise a range of UK member-focused events including conferences, seminars, training courses, social events and focus groups.
Your main responsibilities will be to plan and deliver a range of small-medium sized conferences and events for the association and you’ll support / take on some of the key aspects of the larger and high-profile flagship events they run each year.
You’ll be a detailed and systems orientated Events & Conference Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ B2B conference experience ideally gained form working for a membership association, society, institute or professional body.
Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential and candidates must be systems & process focused and have good interpersonal and communication skills. A can-do attitude and a proactive and hardworking approach are very important and candidates will need strong IT, delegate registration and data-entry and data management skills. A degree or diploma in Event Management would be advantageous (but not vital).
