Perm role working at a high-profile London venue for an Event Operations (AV & Production) Manager – in-house AV & production experience essential!
This exciting role reporting into the Head of Event Operations will see you working on the production, AV provision and venue-side operational delivery of indoor and outdoor events ranging from weddings & special events to big public facing events & press launches as well as a whole raft of learning & education events and academic-related symposia and conferences at this highly regarded London visitor attraction and venue.
You will lead a team of AV & production staff, manage the in-house AV kit, hire in additional equipment when needed and provide technical AV, production and event operations & venue coordination advice and services to a range of event owners and clients. As well as operational event delivery, budgeting, multi-stakeholder management and technical AV provision this position specifically focuses around leading the AV & Production team – providing both the long term strategic view and front-line leadership as required.
You'll be a highly organised Event Operations / Production Manager / AV Manager with experience of event production and providing technical AV advice & services to event owners and clients. Ideally you'll have a venue, AV supplier, festival organiser or production agency background and will have worked on a wide range of indoor & outdoor events (both small and large and across private, corporate, academic & public facing events).
