The central events team of 7 are looking for a new member! Working in the central events team, you will be one of 3 Event Co-ordinators (there are also 2 Event Managers, and you’ll be given your own set of events to co-ordinate . You’ll have full responsibility of co-ordinating logistics, branding etc, liaising with external suppliers and venues, keeping an eye of delegate registration,and liaising with internal teams including marketing and operations. In addition, you’ll work with wider Events Team during busy times and help onsite with the larger exhibitions.
Key responsibilities and activities.
You’ll already have some good solid event co-ordination experience (min 2 years), and be looking for your next role. You’ll have experience of the key elements of events, and ideally have had full end to end project ownership already, including being on-site. Above all the team are looking for someone who is eager to learn, would enjoy being part of their team, and is enjoys being busy!
