You will join an Events Team of 3 – as Event Manager reporting into the Head of Events and supported by an Event Executive. Your role will be the planning, review, development and delivery of a portfolio of new and existing fundraising and engagement events for the industry, in line with the organisation’s aims and strategy. Events would range from talks and seminars on wellbeing issues or professional development, Panel Q&As, Speed date mentoring events, Annual General Meet – to more fundraising focussed events, golf, cycling events, fashion show etc.
You are an experienced Event Manager, who has delivered varied event formats, across all aspects of preplanning and co-ordination, supplier and venue management, budget management etc. Ideally you’ll have experience across both information-led and fundraising events of varied size and formats. This will be underpinned by exceptional communication and organisation skills and superlative attention to detail. You will have the confidence and experience to deal with the most senior of industry professionals and committees. Experience of line management.
