Job Description

Senior role for a Service Operational Expert.

This is a high-profile role for a Head of Service Delivery for a leading pension company.  You will be responsible for the overall management of the delivery of the pension scheme administration service liaising closely with an off-shore BPO.

You will need to have gained senior level operational management and ideally worked with 3rd party administration teams off-shore.

The Role

As Head of Service Delivery, you will lead a team and have overall management of the scheme administration which is provided by an offshore 3rd party administrator. 

Deliverables include

  • Review/Definition of managing delivery of service by off-shore scheme administrator
  • Identify areas of greatest risk or opportunity
  • Implement effective governance
  • Definition and day to day management of relevant KPI’s to ensure service delivered by scheme administrator is effectively measured and reported
  • Define and structure incident approach, management and BCDR plans
  • Support Service Delivery Managers and Incident and BCDR Manager

About You

I’m looking for a Head of Service Delivery who has extensive experience at a senior level within operational management.  You will need to have gained experience managing complex commercial issues with an outsourced provider/off-shore/3rd party provider/BPO.  You will have experience representing the team at Executive Board level or equivalent.  Experience of incident management would be highly advantageous.  You’ll be a supportive Manager, able to motivate and inspire your team to resolve priority issues and product high quality outcomes.
