Are you an Employee Relations case advisor looking to develop your experience within a high profile FS firm.

The Role
Sat within a HR team of 13 and reporting to the HR Director, the Case Advisor will use their employee relation experience to provide effective and professional advice – helping to deliver the company’s People Strategy, mitigate people risks and deliver end to end employee lifecycle, systems and compliance.

Day to day you will:

  • Develop, agree and implement interventions to reduce voluntary turnover and sickness absence.
  • Take lead in managing HR casework – sickness, grievances, disciplinary and performance management.
  • Provide advice, guidance and coaching support to line managers
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR helpline
  • Deliver adhoc projects as agreed with HR Operations/HRBP

About You
I’m looking for a Case Advisor with good employee relations expertise, I’m open to industry background.  You will have demonstratable experience in a Case Advisor, HR advisor or junior HRBP level role.  You’ll be experienced in communicating and driving hr processes and policy.  You’ll have sound understanding of Employee Relations and employment law with demonstrable casework experience.  You’ll enjoy working with line managers to support and share knowledge.  On the softer side you’ll be happy working under your own ‘steam,’ able to juggle busy workload, working as a team and happy liaising with different stakeholders.
