This temp to perm role will sit within the Commercial Procurement department (team of 6). This department is responsible for full procurement and contract management, maintaining purchase ledger, processing payments and maintenance of contract management system and purchase to pay system as well as treasury management and payroll for NEST employees.
This role would suit an experienced accounts payable assistant who’s keen to develop their experience in a commercial, corporate environment. You’ll need to have gained some previous experience in P2P, invoices, and procurement/supplier contract management. Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as well as good computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel and SAGE 200 or equivalent.
You’ll also be a team player who’s able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
