Our client is an entrepreneurial, successful (and stable) niche financial events agency who specialise in the production of high spec B2B corporate events and roadshows for a brilliant portfolio of high profile global corporate clients. The company have successfully segued their events offering to maximise the use of virtual and digital platforms to support their delivery of their clients projects – as they work hand in hand with top corporates across varied high value international events such as IPO Roadshows, M&A transactions, Rights issues/Debt Issues Roadshows, Investor Days, Results Presentations, Non Deal Roadshows, Dinners etc. They are a passionate and high performing team, operating as a diverse and supportive unit of skilled and dedicated logistical and client management experts.
You’ll be working in a close-knit event Logistics team – working alongside the client management team - and reporting in to the Head of Logistics. You’ll be working on one main high profile telecoms brand, across varied events, including multi-destination international roadshows. You’ll be dealing with venues, suppliers, flights/jets, transfers, accommodation, and complex itineraries. You’ll have direct client contact, and be the logistics lead for pre, on-site and post event activities (no pressure then!) A mix of desk based and (when allowable again) on-site as the advance party ensuring all is set up in advance of your client team’s arrival … and did we mention budgets and involvement in proposals? This role will see you involved in all aspects of the logistics of hi-level corporate financial events across virtual, digital and face to face platforms, in this exceptional team. We’re looking for a Bi-lingual (English-French) logistics manager or experienced logistics co-ordinator - additional languages beneficial – with excellent communication skills. You’ve solid and proven experience co-ordinating logistics, ideally for corporate events internationally, dealing with varied suppliers, hotels, accommodation, travel requirements. Great with complex schedules and itineraries, and responsive to the needs of on the day changes and an adept and unflappable solution finder. Key requirements include:
