Event Manager - niche ‘boutique’ events agency - unique wow-factor international private events/experiences for UHNW individuals & clients!


Very niche Events & Luxury Experiences agency. London based with a small team of really creative and passionate event professionals who “wow” their client base of UHNW and high-profile individuals with exhilarating tailor-made experiences & innovative special events in some of the most glamorous destinations across the world.


As Event Manager you’ll report to the Event Director and will also work closely with the Head of Concierge Services to create exciting, stunningly beautiful and very exclusive experiences for very high-end clients. In this role you and the Event Director will work together on the complex logistical planning and delivery of exhilarating tailor-made experiences and innovative bespoke special events at unique and spectacular locations across the globe. You’ll be liaising with top hotels, venues, suppliers, performers, staffing agencies and luxury brand sponsors & partners and your role will involve all aspects of event management at the most detailed of levels!

You’ll be an immaculately well-presented, creative and super organised Events professional (Event Manager, Event Producer, Event Project Manager, Event Executive or Senior Event Coordinator) with a background of working in both the Luxury and Private sectors.

You’ll have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in organising high end private events (exclusive experiences, holiday travel, lifestyle events, beautiful lunches & dinners, sublime hospitality, driver experiences etc..) for HNWI clients and as such you’ll be someone who understands these very personal and exclusive types of events and what it entails to make them happen. Yes, you’ll need to be a ‘keen bean’ who is genuinely excited about what you’re doing and the events your working on but you’ll also need to have your feet firmly on the ground and be prepared to do all the dedicated hard work that makes these events work!

From a general personality of view, you’ll be confident, hugely personable and understand the detail expected by high-end clients and you’ll also be someone who can work effectively at pace and under pressure whilst still remaining cool, calm and collected no matter what!

NB: To apply for this role you MUST have a full clean driving licence, be willing to travel extensively overseas for the job and it is essential that you have a proven background of organising all aspects of an event from planning, detailed admin & project tracking, site visits & recces, logistics & ops, travel & accommodation, fine dining & wines, decoration (floral arrangements, theming, menu cards etc..), branding & coordination of printed event collateral, production, entertainment, additional staffing, venue & supplier liaison, budgeting, producing schedules & running orders, on-site event delivery and post event reconciliation and reporting.
