Service Transition Analyst – Operations – FS

Job Description

Are you a Business Analyst or a Service Transition specialist who’s worked on large scale operation transformation?

Leading financial services firm are looking for a Transition Specialist who can support the definition and analysis of service transition requirements (operations) towards a new 3rd party BPO contract.

It’s worth pointing out that this role is not about ITIL service transition – it’s much more about large scale operation transformation (eg data migration end to end).

The Role
The Service Transition Analyst will sit within a new delivery workstream who’s part of a large programme looking at the future requirements of the company’s next scheme administrator.  Using your experience, you will help to ensure the development and delivery of the Migration and Service Transition requirements.

Example:

  • Identification of relevant data and data sources for data migration.
  • Develop functional requirements
  • Provide recommendations and help to strategically plan on how to handle in-flight business processes.
  • Become part of evaluation team assessing new scheme provider.

 

About You
I’m looking for an experienced business analyst or transition specialist who’s worked on large end to end operation transformation projects within financial services i.e. someone who has taken data migration from old to new, managed inflight project, someone who’s strong on identifying business processes and business flows.  This is a large programme of work and this team will grow.  They’re looking for someone who has an adaptable approach to working and strong stakeholder skills.  It’s a hugely exiting programme to be a part of and will offer tremendous large-scale transformation experience.  They’re looking to start interviewing asap, please press the ‘Apply' now button.
