Programme Director - Interim - FS

The Role
Working closely with the COO, senior stakeholders and trustees as an experienced strategic programme director, you will create a programme of delivery activity to support business functions or solve business problems for significant/high impact cost projects for this rapidly growing Fintech company.

Deliverables will include:

  • Working on programmes or portfolio of projects, assigning internally or to their third party provider
  • Managing strategic programmes to enhance the product creating innovative approach to making changes
  • Oversee lead project managers via line or matrix management
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, suppliers/3rd parties
  • Chair/lead status reporting, provide MI at key government forums
  • Work with a cross section of stakeholders on cross organisational projects
  • Use Agile methodology 

About You
I’m looking for an experienced strategic programme director who has ideally created something on the ground floor and delivered a programme. FS experience would be great but it's more about working with a small team and turning them into a high functioning unit.
