This is an urgent new requirement for a Change Manager/ Business Analyst to join a Functional Requirements Team as they look to develop and document the solution design for a large pension programme to help them procure their next off-shore 3rd party scheme administrator. This role will specifically look at the Organisational Impact Assessment of the programme and change requirements; helping to identify what the broader issues are concerned with, with the delivery of their revised business requirements and to make sure the TOM informs the development and stays consistent with business objectives.
I’m looking Change Manager/Business Analyst who’s gained experience of analysing Organisational Impact assessment of change, who understands TOM modelling. Ideally you would have functional business analyst experience within financial services. You’ll be experienced in defining and delivering both practical and strategic solutions to business challenges. You’ll be a superb communicator and confident at presenting findings.
