Sat within the Central Communications team who also work closely with the CEO Office, the Internal Communications Manager will advise and deliver strategies that support the company’s internal communications and staff engagement.
You’ll work closely with HR on joint projects which develop the company’s brand throughout the organisation, helping to attract, retain and develop ‘their’ people to deliver on company vision.
I’m looking for an enthusiastic internal communications professional who’s experienced using a range of employee engagement approaches to build company understanding, cultural and pride. You will have a track record of supporting, developing and activating a range of internal communications programmes across channels which have real impact. You’ll have great communications both verbally and written; able to translate brand and tone of voice using accessible language.
