The Role
As the Fund Administration Executive, you will be working closely and supporting the Investment Team/Fund Managers to deliver the operational capability that supports the investment strategy and funds.

You will be checking and signing-off daily controls and reconciliations, ensuring all are up to date. You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end money flow.

Duties - but not limited to:

•   Draft and maintain relevant processes, ensuring efficiency and legislative compliance 

•    Monthly fund accounting including general ledger for all funds

•    Co-ordinate the delivery of the quarterly fund fact sheets

About You
I’m looking for a well organised Fund Administration Executive who has some understanding of the investment operations process ideally in funds and have gained some experience working with fund accountants, custodians, and 3rd party. It would also be useful if you have gained knowledge of fund accounting and general ledgers.
