Sat within the IT and Facilities department the Facilities Assistant will report directly to the Facilities Manager. You’ll be required to carry out a variety of administrative duties as well as supporting various facility processes i.e. you will be responsible for the use of Government Procurement Card for purchasing goods and services.

I’m looking for a well experienced Facilities Assistant with previous office work experience, MS Office skills required particularly Word, Outlook and Excel. This role is for an initial 6 months.
