The Role
This role is sat within the requirements team of a large programme of work as they look to update their pension service design and look to engage a new 3rd party supplier. Great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of transformational service design from pension admin, business process, customer journey, migration and operational front, middle and back office. It would suit someone who wants to get their teeth into large change and large transformation projects.

About You
I am looking for a Business Analyst who has gained experience supporting business operations, business solutions and service design within pensions. You will have great communication skills as you’ll be dealing with different stakeholders and can demonstrate proactivity, flexibility and practical thinking. Ideally you would have gained experience working with 3rd parties (offshore/BPO).
You will understand how pensions are designed and delivered - you could have either worked for a pension firm or an outsourced pension supplier. You could be an experienced BA or perhaps an experienced pension administrator who is building their career as a business analyst or project or change manager.
