Perm job with an amazingly creative experiential agency for an Event professional with a broad skill set of event production, client servicing & project management!

London based agency are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Events Project Manager (or Senior Project Coordinator ready for the next step up) to liaise between the clients and the various internal events & design teams to manage the development and delivery of amazing live events and immersive and inspirational brand experiences. You will report to the Events Director and you’ll take responsibility for project managing the delivery of a portfolio of client projects including project scoping, estimates & timelines, technical production specifications, construction phase plans, production schedules, financial management, event logistics & operational delivery plans, H&S checklists, project progress status reports, client communication, briefing internal departments, supplier & contractor management and account handling. As well as day to day client servicing and relationship management you’ll assist on business development plans for existing clients and work on new pitches with the Management team.

You’ll need to be a versatile events all-rounder (agency background - experiential and B2C activations and creative events) with circa 3-4 years’ agency side experience covering project management, event production (design & build), logistics & operations, contractor & supplier and client management.

You’ll need great organisational and interpersonal skills, must be good at networking and building relationships and should be a creative and dynamic individual who can think outside the box and challenge the norm. From a work ethic point of view you’ll relish the challenge of working across different accounts in a very fast paced high-energy environment with a vibrant and driven team.

Key candidate requirements:-

  • At least 3 years event related project management experience
  • Agency background essential (B2C and experiential)
  • Complex project planning, reporting and analysis skills
  • Strong production knowledge (technical ideally with construction design & build)
  • Client servicing & client relationship management
  • Good all-round event management experience (logs & ops)
  • Basic account handling knowledge
  • Budget & financial management (at least £100K budgets)
  • Supplier & contractor management
  • H&S, COSHH and risk management knowledge very advantageous
  • Assisting on pitches & proposals
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google apps and Keynote)
  • Creation of all project administration documents including scope of works, estimates, timelines, construction phase plans, design risk assessments, production schedules, delivery plans, H&S checklists, project progress status reports and crew & staff on-site briefing notes
