Looking for a fun and super-organised Office Manager (and general “sorter-out-of-everything” !!) for a busy creative events agency!

THE COMPANY

London based small-medium sized creative events & design agency who produce creative & immersive B2B & B2C events for an array of top global brand FMCG, online & social media, hospitality, entertainment and gaming & tech clients.

THE ROLE

A hybrid role (office management / office operations / HR & staffing support / financial admin / reception “meeter-greeter” / general “sorter-out-of-everything”) where the postholder will be an integral and very special part of the business.

Top-line responsibilities will be the daily running of the office, operational support to the team, ordering equipment & supplies, systems & processes, service contracts, invoices & basic financial admin and organising all the nice extra things (the Friday treats, the fab coffee and posh biscuits, the healthy fruit bowl, the office flowers & plants and the staff birthday celebrations etc..) as well as playing a key part in managing the growing HR needs of this successful and rapidly expanding agency.

THE CANDIDATE

You’ll be a “mother/father hen” who knows how to pull people into line and get them and the office organised! You’ll have done this role before and will have a wealth of experience to bring to the table and perhaps even show this agency better ways of doing things.

You’ll have no ego, can roll up your sleeves and do the small itty-bitty things just as well as the larger and more senior side of a role. You’ll enjoy people and a lively atmosphere but can also instil a bit of order when it all gets a little too lively!

You’ll already be known as “the most organised person in the office” and be able to massively multi-task and prioritise when several requests come up at once and you’ll thrive in a role where there’s the day to day chunk of work that always needs to be done as well as other ad-hoc stuff that as a born “fixer and do-er” you love doing and sorting out. You’ll also be a systems based person who has an intuitive sense of logic and order and from a personality point of view you’ll be self-sufficient, unflappable and an all-round lovely & friendly person who has a hands-on, practical, super organised and “where there’s a will there’s a way” type of approach.

In short, a person who could (if need be) launch a rocket to the moon!
