Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, client facing, event manager looking to work on a variety of high profile live global events for leading events and incentives agency!
Award-winning, independent creative experiential agency with an unrivalled creative reputation for delivering exceptional live events and experiences worldwide for their hugely impressive client base. This role is working within the core logistics team who deliver over 180 global projects per year including auto shows, product launches, internal communications events, corporate identity and immersive digital projects. (12 month maternity leave contract)
You will be integral to the event delivery on a diverse range of projects for their high-profile and world renowned automotive client, including managing the logistics of Retailer Training and Long Service Events for up to 2,000 delegates, to involvement on a range of smaller projects. Maintaining and building client relationships will be key to your success.
You’ll have experience of working within events and exhibitions, particularly launches, drive events, incentive travel and sponsorship events. Good and current knowledge of hotels, venues, caterers, transportation and entertainment. You will enjoy working with data (guest information, flight details etc), are super organised, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritise work and deliver under pressure. You have great communication skills, are a good relationship builder and are always open and adaptable to new challenges. Languages are a bonus to! The right candidate will bring:
