Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing live event agencies outside of London – and due to their continued success are looking to bring in some more talent to the team. As Account Manager you’ll be responsible for the management of client relationships – new and existing - and this agency has some fabulous ones! You’ll serve as the interface between the sales, project management, digital and creative teams and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
You’ll be responsible for developing long term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders . You will liaise between clients and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of their live event, exhibition and installation projects. You will understand the customer’s requirements and demands, plan how to meet these requirements, and generate sales for the company as a result.
