Global commercial conferencing company based in Surrey are looking for an ambitious programme producer to work across their cement portfolio. The company is small enough to allow the successful candidate a real opportunity to grow

ROLE
Approaching and securing the services of first class speakers for international events
To contact and develop relationships with people in this most diverse international industry
Stay on top of industry developments
Create and develop conference programmes
Develop and manage relationships with speakers and key industry contacts
Identify target market for events
Write brochure copy and develop appropriate promotional materials

CANDIDATE
Conference Producer with previous commodity sector experience preferable
Highly developed research skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong sense of commercial acumen
Literate and articulate
Willingness to travel
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Someone who’s looking for a challenge and anxious to carve out a position of real responsibility for themselves
