Emma Womersley
Emma has over 8 years marketing recruitment experience as a senior recruitment consultant. We are delighted that she has joined the Regan & Dean team.
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, having recruited across all levels from marketing executives, marketing managers to marketing directors in publishing, charity, advertising, corporate and financial sectors.
Emma is adept at understanding any brief, getting to the core of what's required and finding the very best candidates for the role as well as finding the right role for the candidates she represents! Emma has built up many long-standing relationships with many clients and candidates alike, which is key to her success.
Lisa Ross
Lisa joined Regan & Dean in 2004. She has extensive experience within media and marketing, having worked for 13 years in advertising and design and four years as a creative headhunter for Canna Kendall.
In 2007 Lisa joined our Marketing Division where she has helped to grow and establish it as one of the leading marketing recruitment specialists. She has the knowledge and experience to work across all levels from marketing assistants, account managers, marketing managers, internal communication, client services directors and marketing directors, and has worked on a diverse client base - covering both corporate and creative industries.
Lisa has an amazing track record of finding the right candidates for even the toughest briefs and nurturing candidates throughout their careers. She is professional and enthusiastic, clients and candidates alike find it a pleasure to work with her.
Lisa is currently on maternity leave.
