Lisa Ross
Lisa has extensive experience within media and marketing, having worked for 13 years in advertising and design and four years as a creative headhunter for Canna Kendall. This exposure has given her an extensive knowledge of the media industry and the roles for which she is recruiting. Lisa has worked with Regan and Dean for 4 years and most recently joined the Marketing Division as a senior consultant.
Lisa is professional and enthusiastic, clients and candidates alike find it a pleasure to work with her.
Jo Macnamara
Jo Macnamara has been a highly successful consultant with Regan & Dean since 1997 and has not only successfully managed and developed some of our major accounts, but has also mapped out the career of many a candidate.
Jo's recruitment experience spans middle management positions through to senior executive appointments across the full media and marketing spectrum.
A graduate from Southampton University, Jo's previous experience covers Account Management within marketing, promotions and office support in a variety of media based companies. Jo's knowledge of our industry sector coupled with her enthusiastic and insightful approach has made her popular with clients and candidates at all levels.
Dean Joy
Dean Joy came to Regan & Dean from a successful sales and campaign marketing background at RCI Europe, one of the world's largest travel and property exchange companies.
After graduating from Northampton University with a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing, Dean has also worked as a marketing specialist at Rockingham Motor Racing Circuit. During his four years there, Dean helped produce events for brands such as SCSA, NASCAR, Carlsberg. BMW and Minardi F1. In addition, he has promoted music concerts for the likes of Tim Westwood, 50 Cent, Girls Aloud and Blue.
Dean brings to the team extensive experience of online and offline marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences, and a passion for all things sport and communications related.
