Gilly Tajasque
Gilly has over 15 years experience in events & communications with such names as Spectrum Communications, where she developed solid experience covering a full range of video, live events and communications programmes and at Grass Roots Group where she managed incentive and motivation programmes for major blue chip clients. Gilly has also handled exhibitions, hospitality and sporting events.
Gilly has been using her great understanding of client and candidate needs, as well as extensive contacts throughout the industry with Regan & Dean since 2002.
Alison Dallaway
Alison has an in depth knowledge of the events/communications industry spanning almost fifteen years, 7 of which she spent with WCT Live (now Jack Morton Worldwide) where she progressed to the position of Operations Director. She also spent three years as a freelance events manager handling her own projects from live conferences and product launches, through to corporate hospitality events.
Alison joined Regan & Dean in 2001 to handle executive recruitment within Events, Conferences, Communications and Marketing.
Kathryn Powell
Kathryn has worked in the Media arena since 1999. Her 6 years experience ranges from HR to marketing roles at various companies including Enterprise IG (Branding), The Marketing Store (Marketing), Carat (Communications) and Disney (Events). This experience has given her a clear insight into the many thresholds of the Events and Communications industry that Regan & Dean specialise in.
Kathryn joined Regan & Dean in 2005 bringing enthusiasm and support to the events team and has built up some great client and candidate relationships.
Daisy Dorras
Daisy is a graduate from Roehampton Institute with a Film and TV degree. Daisy started her career at Music Week magazine selling advertising space and has been in media sales ever since! She has worked on the women’s lifestyle brands at EMAP and had some experience at MRG recruiting for media sales positions before joining Regan & Dean in 2007. Daisy has worked on Events in a sales capacity previously and she brings passion and endless enthusiasm to the events team!
